How to Place an Order

Ordering our high quality products is as easy as 1 - 2 - 3!

1. Simply choose a design that you'd like customized to suit the event you're celebrating.
Tip: Any existing design can be altered to suit your wedding's theme and/or color scheme free of charge and previews are free at no cost or obligation). If you don't see a design that you're looking just ask that we create one for you!

2. Submit your order information, or request for your free online preview by completing our online questionnaire.

3. We'll take care of the rest! We'll respond to your request within approximately 1 business day (or less) of hearing from you. We'll send you a bill for the amount due after you've approved a final proof, and stay in touch with you during every step of the order process!

What will happen once my order is placed?

Once your order is placed, it will be next in queue for processing. You will receive an email directly from us when we've received your payment and at that time request any additional information that may be required to successfully complete your order.

We encourage our customers to contact us either by phone or via email at any time before, during and after the order process. We're here to serve you!

How do I submit my photos?

If you're submitting photo/s for insertion in your design, please submit them to us either in an email as an attachment or if you'd like for us to scan your image in please contact us so that we may send you our mailing address. Please visit our photo tips page for more information.
