Return Policy
Please note, that once a final
proof is approved by the customer, unless there's a problem with the
workmanship of our product/s, all sales are final.
If there is a problem with
workmanship, we ask that you please contact us within one week of
receipt of your order so that we may provide any returns, replacements or
exchanges. If more than one week passes such order will become
final sale as well.
Please be aware that to date, Lasting
Impressions by Laura has only had satisfied
customers and has never received a request for a refund,
replacement or exchange regarding the workmanship/quality of our
products.
